I, Fariss Haiqel Boulala came to life on 21st February 1991, only God knows why.
Since then, Bengali, Malay, Chinese, Javanese, and football are in my blood.
I'm 1.82metres tall. I'm not heavy but I consider myself a heavyweight in my own world.
I do anything I want and I'll do anything to get what I want.
It's not that I can't accept defeat. I'm just born to win.
I'm as ambitious as Hitler. Fear me not though. I'm a nice guy, really.
But try me if you insists. I would love that.
Went for the COE West bbq at East Coast today. I took the train to Eunos and took bus 13 from there as directed by Naz. Then, I alighted at the wrong bus stop and had to walk for 1 hour. I swear it took 1 hour. Or posssibly more. Plus! I was alone. Cibai!! Man, I can keep swearing all day at the thought of it. My legs almost gave up on me. Luckily, after 1 hour walking, Helmi came to my rescue with a rented bicycle.
And fortunately, there were loads of food for my empty stomach. And we had fun there. I took the opportunity to catch up with the bels after a long time not seeing some of them. I also had a chat with coach Robin and Jansen, our physio. Robin told me I have a great chance in NFA and he also added that he would rather place me in defence with Baihakki then putting slow and heavy nigger Precious in the first-eleven of the national senior squad. Hehe.. Told ya I'm good!
When I left, the bels handed me a photo of us winning the Challenge Cup final. Behind the card, it reads: "Fariss, blessed to meet a friend like you and thank you for the memories". Thanks a lot guys. I am glad to be in a team full of humour, fun and most of all talent. And I had the best feeling ever when we were crowned champions. I admit I have improved and experienced so much being in this squad and I won't be where I am without you guys. COE West(U-18) 2008 will forever be etched in my memory.
